Rex-Hide
Industries, Inc. has an established, comprehensive quality
assurance program. The quality department is seperate from
the production department. The department consist of a Quality
Assurance Manager and trained inspectors for each production
shift.

Extrusions
are inspected at setup, in process and at final inspection
before shipment for customer specified requirements. Our
testing laboratory allows testing and certification, when
requested by the customer, for the most common rubber properties.

| The
Quality Department manager has received training in statistical
process control and has trained inspectors using this material.
Some customers require capability studies and x-bar/r charts
and these can be prepared when requested. |

Rex-Hide
is a second tier supplier to the automotive industry and
has received "certified supplier" status from
several companies. A quality assurance manual is available
upon request through Rex-Hide's customer service department.
Efforts are in process to become ISO-9002 certified.
